Our client is opening a Financial Services Center in north - western Poland. The Management Team will build the organization and set up the operations of the Centre in Poland.
Scope of Responsibilities:
· Development and implementation of HR procedures and policies
· Conducting and managing recruitment processes
· Participate in HR development projects
· Providing advice and support on HR issues
· Developing co-operation with universities and city authorities
Requirements:
· Min 5 years experience within Human Resources area (both “soft” and “hard” HR issues)
· Strong experience in recruiting
· Managerial skills and experience in leading teams / coaching employees
· Very good knowledge of English
· University degree
· Ability to work in international environment
· Goal – orientation, broad mindset
· Analytical skills
· Willingness to business travels
