Our client is opening a Financial Services Center in north - western Poland. The Management Team will build the organization and set up the operations of the Centre in Poland.

 

• Member of the SSC management team
• Head of Finance Process Department, responsible for managing team performance, providing support to FSSC Director, integrating of new entities
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding SLA and Customer expectations, improving operational effectiveness and efficiency, resolving problems and developing team, and ensuring compliance to corporate policies and data standards at the operational level
• Ensuring a knowledge sharing, service and performance culture in the finance department

Requirements:

 

• Min 8-10 years experience and at least 4 years in team management role potentially in a Shared Services or Outsourcing environment
• Master’s degree in accounting or similar, qualified accountant or auditor
• Strong experience in Accounting Operations, specifically related to the relevant process including management and statutory reporting, fixed assets, GMD, intercompany invoicing
• Strong knowledge on the application of accounting tools and major ERP system(s)
• Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management • Very good knowledge of English
• Leadership skills, international mindset and cross-cultural understanding
