Our client is opening a Financial Services Center in north - western Poland. The Management Team will build the organization and set up the operations of the Centre in Poland.
+ Responsible for staff & organization within AR teams
+ Ensuring the realization of tasks for AR teams according to good practice and Service Level Agreements
+ Responsible of the AR cost-budget
+ Managing all AR related general ledger accounts
+ Keeping the AR Global process flows up to date
+ Sharing the knowledge of AR processes round the company
+ Updating the KPI’s for AR processes • AR processes meeting the requirements of the Law and the requirements of the auditors according to the recorded materials, internal controls and company book-keeping rules.
Requirements:
+ University degree in finance or accounting
+ Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
+ Fluency in English
+ Managerial experience
+ Excellent time management and planning skills
+ Strong sense of teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational and leader skills
+ Ability to handle different tasks at the same time
+ Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage
+ Strong computer skills.
